Palestinian Prime Minister Ismail Haneya on Wednesday called on Arab and Muslim nations to launch mass demonstrations on Friday in support of the Palestinian government and against the American policy of siege.Practical-minded fellow!
"The Palestinian government urges Arab and Islamic nations, and all honest people to express solidarity with our people by voicing their refusal of the American policy of starving and blockade against the Palestinian people," said Haneya.
"Supporting Palestinians could be achieved by organizing mass protests and rallies in the occupied Palestine or outside it next Friday," he added.
Haneya used to deliver sermons at Friday prayers, during one of which after forming new Palestinain government he called on the Palestinians to be ready to live on olives and thymes to defy the siege.
