Palestinian fighters pounded the occupied al-Majdal city by missiles, a port city dubbed by Zionist regime as Ashkelon after 1948 usurpation. Palestinian informed sources announced that the Palestine National Resistance Brigades, the military wing of the Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine (DFLP), and Abu Al Mostafa Brigades, the military wing of the People Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP), successfully fired two missiles overnight at the occupied city.
In a joint statement, the two resistance movements acknowledged that the attack was a response to Zionist regime's policy of assassinatiuon and its pounding of the northern and eastern parts of the Palestinian settled areas.
The groups urged for other movements to conduct similar attacks.
