How does Iran feel about the ceasefire?

A Ynetnews.com article from yesterday (h/t: Meryl Yourish) suggested Iranian displeasure at the ceasefire:
Iran said Saturday that the UN resolution aimed at ending the warfare between Israel and Lebanon’s Shiite Muslim Hizbullah group was biased and served only the interests of the Jewish state.

“UN resolution 1701 is completely one-sided and it serves the Zionist regime’s interests,” Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki was quoted as saying by state television.
Interestingly IRIB now has a story proclaiming victory:

"Zionist regime, absolute loser":
One-month trend of the Zionist regime's was gainst the Lebanese resistance shows that the Quds Occupiers are the absolute losers and Hezbollah is the absolute winner of the war, Foreign Ministry Spokesman said Sunday.

Speaking to a weekly conference, with media from home and abroad at hand, Hamida-Reza Asefi pointed to the Zionist regime's media admittance that the regime has been defeated in the war, adding the Quds occupiers failed even though they were enjoying all sorts of military, economic, intelligence and diplomatic backings.

"The war turned into a complete fiasco for the regime," Asefi added.

Asefi criticized the United Nations for its weak performance in issuing resolution against the Zionist regime, adding that the delay undermined the UN credibility and discredited it before the world public opinion.

Asefi affirmed that the Islamic Republic of Iran is very pleased with any ceasefire and ending the massacre of the Lebanese people.

"The resolution 1701 fails to point to the aggressor party and so opens the way for the Zionist regime," Asefi warned.
So they are "very pleased" but with a big reservation?
Asefi underlined however that the Lebanese government and nation must decide about the resolution.

Asefi called tha Zionist regime source of tension, crisis and war in the Middle East, adding legitimate resistance and defense will continue as far as occupation lingers.

"Lebanon and legitimate resistance of Hezbollah broke the Middle East equation in favor of the dignity of the world of Islam," Asefi said.
They have been proclaiming Hizbullah victory all along, of course, and there is some complaining here about the terms of 1701, so perhaps there is not such a contrast between the two articles. Moreover, everything that emanates from the regime in Iran is propaganda anyway. We may never know how they are actually assessing the ceasefire.
