"Kim Jong Il Remembered in Cuba"

Will Cuba congratulate Kim on his victory over certain Imperialist media companies? In the meantime there's this:
A remembrance meeting took place in Havana, Cuba on Dec. 12 on the occasion of the third anniversary of demise of leader Kim Jong Il.

Displayed at the venue of the meeting were photos dealing with his revolutionary life and feats.

Present there were personages of the Cuban Institute of Friendship with the Peoples and the Cuban Committee for Supporting Korea's Reunification and masses.

The DPRK ambassador to Cuba and his embassy officials were present on invitation.

Juan Jose Leon Vega, first vice-chairman of the Cuban Committee for Supporting Korea's Reunification, said that Kim Jong Il will always be with the glorious Workers' Party of Korea, the Korean People's Army and the Korean people.

He went on:

Kim Jong Il is boundlessly revered not only by the Korean people but also by the progressives as he developed in depth the revolutionary idea of President Kim Il Sung and performed the great feats for the building of socialism, reunification of Korea and cause of global independence.

The Cuban Committee for Supporting Korea's Reunification will make positive efforts for Korea's reunification in the future, too, true to the intention of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il who dedicated themselves to Korea's reunification till the last moments of their lives.

The Cuban people believe that the Korean people would certainly build a thriving nation with the might of Songun, true to the behests of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il under the wise leadership of Marshal Kim Jong Un.
