Ismail Ahmed Mohamed Hasan, Palestinian ambassador to the DPRK, and his embassy officials visited the Victorious Fatherland Liberation War Museum Wednesday on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the proclamation of the State of Palestine and on the Day of the World Solidarity with the Palestinian People.
They paid tribute to the statue of President Kim Il Sung waving back to the cheering people at the square where the military parade was held to celebrate the war victory.
They paid homage to the sculpture "Victory" in the Monument to the Victorious Fatherland Liberation War in memory of the officers and men of the heroic Korean People's Army.
Being briefed on the fact that the KPA and the people of the DPRK defeated the U.S. imperialists for the first time in history under the leadership of Generalissimo Kim Il Sung, they looked round the museum.
The ambassador noted that through the visit he came to know better about the feats the President performed by leading the war to victory and the indomitable fighting spirit of the Korean people.
