Millions of Syrians came out on the streets of Damascus and several other cities in support of President Bashar al-Assad, and decried the US plot to create sedition in the country.In the meantime there are reports that Syrians opposed to the government have captured Iranian Revolutionary Guards. Is it possible that the New Middle East will have some advantages compared to the old one?
State-run television showed live footage of hundreds of thousands pouring onto the main streets of Damascus, Aleppo, Hama and al-Hassakah today.
