Kim Yong Nam sends message to "Leader of the Revolution of the Great Socialist People's Libyan Arab Jamahiriya"

Do you think he read the message in his steadfast home?
Kim Yong Nam, president of the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly of the DPRK, Thursday sent a message of greetings to Moammer el Gaddafi, leader of the Revolution of the Great Socialist People's Libyan Arab Jamahiriya, on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the dismantlement of the U.S. military base in Libya.

Kim in the message wished the Libyan people greater success in their efforts to defend the dignity and sovereignty of the country and achieve its progress and prosperity, expressing belief that the friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries would grow stronger.
That's my kind of story. Speaking of Ghadaffi, did you ever see this?
