Eppes Some Links

We start with some interesting halachic issues: Romach questions whether there are any halacha sources that deal with the permissibility of torture. Hirhurim has a post, the first of a promised series, on Eruvin in Brooklyn. Since writing that last sentence, I have learned that there is whole blog devoted to this subject! Now to hashkafa, the following post at Romach about non-Jewish music is followed by a comment thread in which your humble Judeopundit makes some observations. Politics: at Korean News we learn that "On this day the Korean people extend firm solidarity and militant salute to the Palestinian people in their struggle to retake the territory usurped by the Israeli aggressors, build an independent state and achieve Mideast peace . . . ." Dhimmi Watch has an interesting essay "What if Israel Disappeared?" Finally, SerandEz presents a sort of mega blog round-up entitled "Blogosphere Super-Extravaganza 11/29." DovBear gets a category to himself.
