IRIB: "as a tribute to a diligent Iranian nation, the Islamic revolution was marching forward all powerfully"

Doesn't that sound like North Korea? The real title of the article is pretty blog-worthy also: "Fight between IR's proponents, opponents growing more complicated":
Major General Mohammad-Ali Jafari, the IRGC commander affirmed on Thursday that the fight between the proponents and opponents of the Islamic Revolution was growing more complicated with each day passing, urging for more vigilance on the part of the Islamic Revolution's advocates.

General Jafari told a gathering of Iranian students affiliated to Basij organization that as a tribute to a diligent Iranian nation, the Islamic revolution was marching forward all powerfully, adding that no other time in history had the diligence existed.

The IRGC commander urged the revolutionary thinkers to discuss anew the phenomenon with a view on the future and prospects of the Islamic Revolution.

General Jafari cautioned the audience about the existential threat of the enemies who are plotting to push it off track.

Jafari said the national political boundaries have undergone a transformation leading to the emergence of a national party named the champions of principles which is inspired by pure thoughts and views of Imam Khomeini, the departed.

Jafari called the development as a revolution inside the Islamic Revolution, carried out by the people.
So what happened to those "opponents" the title of the article was talking about? Would they be internal or external opponents? I guess it doesn't matter, "the Islamic revolution" is "marching forward all powerfully" anyway.
