IRIB: "Zionism, an instance of tyranny"

Zionism is an instance of tyranny and injustice in today's world, said Vice President and Head of the committee in support of the Palestinian revolution Ahmad Moussavi here on Sunday.

Moussavi told a group of founding members of the anti-Zionist Jews that based on the divine instructions of Islam, Judaism is among the divine religions which is respected by the Muslims.

Rabbi David Weiss, one of the Jewish leaders, praised the 'enlightening' statements of Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad about the holocaust and said the establishment of a Zionist government and occupation of Palestine are contrary to the injunctions of Judaism.

He stressed all Palestinians have the right to live in their motherland.

Another Jewish leader Rabbi Kohen also referred to proper conditions under which Jews are living in Iran and said collaboration between Iranian government and Jews is praiseworthy.

He said the anti-Zionist Jews will try to present to the West a sound picture of functions and policies of the Islamic Republic of Iran in dealing with the religious minorities in Iran.

I am reminded of Jane Fonda's visits to Vietnam.
