North Korea invents powdered CO2

Another great leap forward in the spirit of Mt. Paektu:
The Taedonggang Foodstuff Processing Factory of Pyongyang is producing quality carbonated fruit juice powder of various kinds.

The factory has developed a new type of carbonic acid gas collector and settled technological problems arising in all processes from processing, mixture and drying of raw materials to the packing of goods and thus put the technological process of manufacturing carbonated fruit juice powder on a higher scientific basis. And it succeeded in producing various kinds of carbonated fruit juice powder by an industrial method.

The percentage of carbonic acid gas contained in the carbonated fruit juice powder is more than three times that of the preceding one. The new one emits gas continuously so that it can keep fresh taste for hours.

The juice powder is winning great popularity among the drinkers as its aroma and color are equal to those of bottled carbonated fruit juice.
I wonder if they can carbonate goat's milk?
Kefir and other goat milk products are available in roast goat-meat restaurants in different parts of Pyongyang.

Choe Yun Hui, manager of the Kefir Shop under the Commercial Management Department of the Pyongyang City People's Committee, said that its district branch shops provide people with fresh goat milk products and increase their assortments to improve their dietary life.

The Roast Goat-meat Restaurant in Puksong-dong No. 1, Phyongchon District, serves ten-odd dishes such as kefir, cheese, roast meat with kefir juice, fried food mixed with cheese, fried potato and bread flour and goat-meat ball.

The kefir branch shops in all districts are teeming with customers of all ages.
